The GAC-10-IL is an excellent GAC (Granular Activated Carbon) inline filter generally used as a post filter in reverse osmosis systems. It can also be used an inline filter for ice maker and refrigerators. It performs well for chlorine reduction as well as a “polishing” filter to remove stale tastes and odors from water stored in a reverse osmosis tank. Continuous performance up through 1,200 gallon capacity.
