30 Day Satisfaction GuaranteeIn the unlikely event that you are not completely satisfied with a product purchased at AquaFilters Online.com, simply return it UNUSED in the original package within 30 days of purchase for a full credit or refund, less original shipping.
For health reasons, we are unable to accept returns of water purifiers that have been installed or otherwise used - no exceptions will be granted. Filters than have been unwrapped from their protective packaging are considered used.
For all returns, it is important that you contact us in advance for a return merchandise authorization number (RMA) and return address which we will use to properly credit your account when we receive the returned item. Please note that you are responsible for shipping costs to return the product to us. We recommend that all packages shipped to us be insured and clearly marked with the appropriate RMA. AquaFilters Online.com is not responsible for product lost or damaged while in shipment while being returned to us for any reason. All refunds will be shown as a credit against the credit card to which the original order was charged. Please allow 7 days for processing of your refund following arrival of your return at our warehouse.
Defective ProductsIf the product becomes defective within the first 30 days, we will issue a full refund including shipping charges, or an immediate replacement according to your preference. Product defects that occur after 30 days, but within the warranty period, will receive a free replacement. We always pay the shipping charges on warranty claims.

Return PolicyAll returns must be accompanied with a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number. You can easily obtain this RMA number by contacting us via email as described below. Any returns received without a proper RMA number shall be refused. We suggest that you insure the item(s) in your return as we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected items shipped back to us.
